In September 2017, Worldline acquired 100% of the share capital of First Data’s fully owned subsidiaries in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, thus creating Worldline Baltics.

Led by Zanda Brivule-Jansone, Worldline Baltics is the leading financial processor in that region, providing to the main local banking groups, and also to some banks in the wider Nordic region, a large range of outsourcing services, from issuing to acquiring, and including interbank processing. We also deliver many value added services that are needed to ensure an all-in-one solution for our banking partners.

Worldline Baltics is fully integrated in Worldline’s Financial Services division and is part of the Worldline Group.
